If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service team at twiggcandles@gmail.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note, we do not cover postage costs on returned items.

All orders are processed and shipped from our studio within 1-3 working days and once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

All UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail.
